The Speedi-Beet Horse Inspection Area was set in front of the beautiful Blenheim Palace for the Horse Trails that took place between the 15-18th September, and it was Sasha Hargreaves’ Woodlands Be Daring that took the British Horse Feed Best Turned Out award.

Owned by Sasha Hargreaves, Mr & Mrs Bill and Alison Hargreaves, the 12-year-old bay gelding wowed the judges with an immaculate turnout as he strutted up and down the Speedi-Beet Horse Inspection Area ahead of the CCI4-L* competition.

We were delighted to present the British Horse Feeds Best Turned Out Award at Blemheim which recognises the hard work the riders and their grooms put in.

Woodlands Be Daring looked in excellent condition and it was quite clear that Sasha’s groom, Taryn, had gone to a lot of effort with his turn out.”

Sasha and Woodlands Be Daring, also known as Desmond at home, won a 6 month supply of Fibre-Beet as part of their prize.

Added Hattie:

It was fantastic to find out that Desmond is in fact already fed on Fibre-Beet as he struggles to hold his condition, especially during the winter months when he drops the weight.”

To conclude the event, the pairing finished in 59th place.
