A Warmer Winter with Speedi-Beet

Low starch and sugar content!
**Promotional Content**

Speedi-Beet from British Horse Feeds is a unique beet pulp feed which can be soaked in warm water and is ready to feed in just under ten minutes. Feeding the once-soaked mash warm, helps to raise the horse’s core body temperature – excellent during the winter months.

There’s a high proportion of soluble fibre, mostly pectins in Speedi-Beet, which means its fibre is more easily digested than that found in forage (e.g. hay). The feed can be used as a partial forage replacer at a maintenance level to help extend forage supplies – or can be added to chaff such as Dengie Alfa-A, Mollichaff or another high quality rich in fibre forage.

Made using only best quality British Beet Pulp, Speedi-Beet is subjected to British Horse Feeds’ patented cooking process to produce a unique soaked feed.

The palatable feed is extremely versatile and provides a great source of non-heating slow-release energy which can be welcomed, especially after the horse or pony has been stabled for long periods of time. It can be fed in larger quantities to a poor doer for weight gain or in small amounts to overweight horses as a carrier for a multivitamin and mineral supplement.

The low starch and sugar content means Speedi-Beet is also ideal for horses and ponies prone to laminitis.

Speedi-Beet is the orginal 10 minute quick soaking beet pulp product to be approved by BETA, making it suitable for horses and ponies prone to equine gastric ulcer syndrome (EGUS) as part of a balanced diet.

RRP is around £12.50 – £13.50.
