Chris Taylor has been appointed as the new President of the Society of Master Saddlers, a position he also held in 2018. Well-known throughout the industry and with a successful career running Saddlers’ Den in Southport, Merseyside, Chris is a Master Saddler and has run the business for 26 years. Redwings is celebrating a very special animal hero who helped to save the life of one of his Sanctuary friends.  As a healthy, heavy horse on no medication, Rourke – a 17hh, Irish Draught cross gelding – was the perfect plasma donor when Coral – another resident – fell ill.
