Zara Tindall and Husband Announce Pregnancy Ahead of British Eventing Season
British Eventing favourite and Royal family member Zara Tindall has today announced she is pregnant.
Tindall married husband Mike, in 2011 and already has a daughter Mia Grace, who is now three years old.
The good news comes following the Queens granddaughter suffered a miscarriage in 2016.
In August 2017 Zara announced the death of her British Eventing horse, Toytown. The 17hh chestnut gelding was responsible for many a triumphant moment and was officially retired at Gatcombe Horse Trials in 2011. Unfortunately for the Olympic medal winner the rest of 2017 didn’t go much smoother when she later had a fall at Burghley Horse Trials from High Kingdom, although she did escape unharmed.
Zara, 35, will be due in the summer with what will be the second Royal baby that is now expected this coming year. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their third child in April. With a Royal Wedding and the pitter patter of tiny feet we’re sure this will be a very busy and exciting year for the Royal household.
