Tried & Tested – Grubs Socks
Overall thought; Warm and comfy!
The Grubs socks are hardwearing, warm and are certainly very comfy, your feet will feel pampered and looked after as soon as you put them on. Feet didn’t over heat or feel uncomfortable after a full day at the stables. They wash well without loosing their elasticity following several washes.
Ideal for inside a pair of wellies or walking boots. They are fairly thick though so may not fit well under a pair of closely cut riding boots.
What Grubs say…
Avoid sore feet this winter with the new sock range from Grub’s. The innovative sporting technology will ensure your feet stay warm, dry and comfortable all day long.
Created for maximum comfort, the socks feature a cushioned loop, Super-dri™ fibres and a double-stitched toe.
Feet will stay warm and toasty with the blend of 25% wool mixed with polyamide and polyester.
The Stay-Dri™ technology keeps feet dry by moving foot perspiration to the Super-dri™ lining of your Grub’s boots. This allows moisture movement, meaning your feet can breathe, whilst retaining the heat and preventing the wet feeling you can get from cotton or synthetic socks.
Purposely designed with three-point elasticity on the cuff, ankle and instep, the socks offer ultimate grip, so your favourite wellingtons or boots won’t rub this winter.
Available in a choice of three colours: Black/Charcoal, Navy or White/Moss, in sizes 4-7 and 8-13 and priced around £9.95. www.grubswarehouse.com
