France’s Simon Delestre claimed victory in the Rolex Grand Prix at The Dutch Masters, delivering a flawless performance aboard Cayman Jolly Jumper. The prestigious competition, known for its electric atmosphere and elite field, saw 39 horse-and-rider combinations contest for the title, including seven of the world’s top ten riders.
Delestre was the only competitor to produce a double clear round, securing the win. Great Britain’s Rolex Testimonee Scott Brash finished second with Hello Chadora Lady, while Brazil’s Yuri Mansur took third on Miss Blue-Saint Blue Farm.
A High-Stakes Challenge
The technically demanding course, designed by Louis Konickx, saw only three riders progress to the jump-off. With both Brash and Mansur narrowly missing out on a double clear, Delestre’s precise and agile riding secured him the victory.

This triumph marks Delestre’s first Rolex Major and positions him as the live contender for the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping. The next Major in the series, CHIO Aachen 2025, will now be in focus as Delestre aims to continue his winning streak.
The Road to the Rolex Grand Slam
The Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping, established in 2013, remains one of the sport’s most prestigious challenges. To secure the Grand Slam title, a rider must win three consecutive Majors at:
• The Dutch Masters (Netherlands)
• CHIO Aachen (Germany)
• CSIO Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’ Tournament (Canada)
• CHI Geneva (Switzerland)
Only Scott Brash has achieved this feat, completing his historic hat trick in 2015. With Delestre now in the running, anticipation builds for CHIO Aachen 2025, where he will continue his bid for show jumping’s most coveted title.
