Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) takes place at the NEC Birmingham from Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 October 2026. If you cannot attend, ClipMyHorse.TV is the platform to watch this year’s competition coverage from home.

There is an important distinction for viewers: many classes are streamed live, but some showing classes are available only in the archive after they finish. Check the broadcast listings for your chosen class before subscribing.

Where Can You Watch HOYS 2026?

Viewing optionWhat is available
ClipMyHorse.TV live streamingLive coverage of many classes during the show
ClipMyHorse.TV archiveRecorded coverage, including some showing classes that are not streamed live
Channel 4 / terrestrial televisionNo terrestrial coverage or returning Channel 4 highlights programme for 2026

The Channel 4 special shown in 2025 should not be confused with this year’s arrangements.

How to Watch HOYS Live on ClipMyHorse.TV

Visit the Horse of the Year Show 2026 event page on ClipMyHorse.TV and check the live programme for the class you want to follow.

Before purchasing access, check the current membership price, billing period and coverage details directly with the provider. This is particularly useful if you are subscribing specifically to watch one championship.

Do not assume that every class in both arenas will be shown live. Some showing coverage becomes available as a recording after the competition has concluded.

Key HOYS 2026 Classes and Times

The official HOYS timetable includes the following competitions. These are scheduled competition times, rather than a guarantee of live broadcast coverage.

Can You Watch HOYS 2026 on Horse & Country?

The confirmed viewing guide for 2026 directs viewers to ClipMyHorse.TV. Horse & Country and Sky Channel 253 should therefore not be listed as viewing options for this year’s show.

Can You Watch HOYS 2026 for Free?

There is no terrestrial television coverage for 2026, and last year’s Channel 4 highlights programme is not returning. Check ClipMyHorse.TV directly for its current access options rather than assuming a free stream is available.

Watching After the Competition

If you miss a class, check the HOYS event archive on ClipMyHorse.TV for available recordings. Some showing classes are offered through the archive rather than live, so their absence from the live stream does not necessarily mean they have not been filmed.
