Bliss of London is pleased to announce the launch of its adjustable polymer tree for the Bliss range of saddles. The polymer tree has been available for the Loxley range for six years and has been met with glowing reviews from customers. The adjustable tree is now available as an option on the custom-made Bliss saddles for dressage, jumping and eventing.

The adjustable polymer tree is made from a durable and lightweight material that is resistant to warping and cracking. It features an interchangeable gullet bar system that allows the saddle fitter to adjust the width of the tree to fit the horse perfectly. This is ideal for horses that are in rehab, change shape regularly, or for riders who may be changing horses.

Bliss Paramour Dressage Saddle now comes with an adjustable tree option.

“We are now able to offer our Bliss range with the adjustable tree in 6 sizes from Narrow Medium through to XX Wide,” said Nikki Newcombe, SMS QSF, Managing Director of Bliss of London. “This gives our customers even more flexibility when choosing a saddle, as adjustability is a must-have for many horse owners.”

The gullet bars are designed to accommodate the broadness of the horse’s spinal area. As the broadness of the horse increases, the shape of the tree adapts on a linear scale from an A-frame shape on a narrower horse to a wide head on a much broader horse.

“I’m thrilled, after decades of waiting, that there’s a company offering premium-quality saddles with changeable gullets – particularly with hoop/dome shapes for the horses that need them. And now not only do we have one, but it’s outstanding quality and being produced by a company that’s wonderful to work with!” said Kitt Hazelton, saddle-fitter for over 25 years.

Bliss of London will be exhibiting at Your Horse Live in November, where visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the adjustable polymer tree and try it out for themselves.
