William Fox-Pitt back on home turf
William Fox-Pitt is back on home turf following his fall during the Le Lion D’Angers FEI/WBSFH World Championships for Young Eventing Horses in France, October 17th 2015.
Fox-Pitt saw in the end of his season this year in a French hospital following a head trauma, news was announced yesterday he was flown home on Monday (9/11/2015) to continue his recovery in the UK.
William Fox-Pitt’s wife, Alice published a statement on the riders official website yesterday “His recovery is likely to take time, but he is up and about and is improving every day by day”
The 2008 gelding, Reinstated or Jack as he is fondly known at home, wasn’t injured in the fall.
