The 2018 Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Native River qualified for the SEIB Insurance Brokers Search for a Star Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) championship at his first attempt on the 27th May at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. A second-generation homebred horse took the amateur showing title in the SEIB Insurance Brokers Search for a Star Championship at the Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) on the 6th October. A Grandstand Challenge Cup to Remember at HOYS

The Grandstand Challenge Cup opened Saturday evening’s proceedings in the Andrews Bowen International Arena at the 2022 Horse of the Year Show.  A total of 29 horse and rider combinations came forward in a bid to beat the clock in the first round to make it through to the jump-off, where a prize fund totalling £20,000 was on offer.
