SEIB Insurance Brokers has announced an extended sponsorship partnership with British Riding Clubs (BRC) for the next two years, solidifying their support for the grassroots equestrian sector. With over 30 years of collaboration, SEIB is committed to bolstering its relationship with BRC.
The insurance broker will serve as the title sponsor for several prestigious events, including the SEIB BRC Quadrille of the Year, the SEIB National Horse Trials Championships, and the SEIB Combined Championships until 2026, in addition to continuing their sponsorship of the SEIB Novice Winter Championships.
Rachael Hollely-Thompson, Head of BRC, expressed excitement about the deepening partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to be working even more closely with SEIB. We have had a great relationship for many years and feel that this really reflects the commitment SEIB have in supporting the grassroots equestrian sector.
SEIB will be actively present at the championships, engaging with competitors and offering insights on equestrian insurance solutions. Katie Oswald, Head of Marketing at SEIB, emphasized the importance of supporting grassroots riders, stating, “Supporting grassroots riders is something that is incredibly important to us at SEIB, after all, they are the future of equestrian sports.”
Here are the dates for the upcoming 2024 events:
- SEIB BRC Quadrille: March 8th – 10th, 2024, Bury Farm, Buckinghamshire
- SEIB BRC Novice Winter Championships: April 6th – 7th, 2024, Arena UK, Nottinghamshire
- SEIB BRC Horse Trials Championships: August 2nd – 4th, 2024, Swalcliffe Park, Banbury
- SEIB BRC Combined Championships: October 5th – 6th, 2024, Location to be confirmed, Aston-le-Walls, Northamptonshire
British Riding Clubs (BRC), a subsidiary of The British Horse Society (BHS), oversees the competitive aspects of horse riding across the UK, providing training, competition, and fostering a vibrant social community.
SEIB has a longstanding commitment to supporting grassroots and amateur riders, evident in their various initiatives such as the SEIB Search for a Star amateur showing championships.
