Horses Inside Out has confirmed Olympic medallist Nicola Wilson as the after-dinner speaker for its 2026 Conference Gala Dinner, taking place on Saturday 21 February at Burleigh Court Hotel, Loughborough University (LE11 3TD).
The Gala Dinner is being held on the first day of the 2026 Horses Inside Out Conference and will also mark a major milestone for the organisation, celebrating 20 years of Horses Inside Out.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to have Nicola join us as the after-dinner speaker at the Gala Dinner,” said Gillian Higgins, founder of Horses Inside Out. “She’s an incredible horsewoman and I’ve personally been a huge fan of her for as long as I can remember. We’re honoured to have Nicola at the event, sharing her journey from the Olympics to injury and then onto inspiring and supporting riders in achieving their dreams. It’s going to be incredible.”
As outlined by the organisers, guests can expect a three-course dinner, time to socialise with fellow equestrians, and an evening programme that includes an awards ceremony and Wilson’s after-dinner speech.
The event will also feature the presentation of the Freddie Fox Award, which recognises “outstanding and lasting contributions to equestrianism”, particularly in equine anatomy, education and the advancement of horse welfare.
Tickets and booking
Tickets cost £100 per person, with a 10% early booking discount available for purchases made before 31 January 2026. Discounts are also available for tables of eight.
