Mars Horscare UK ranked 8th greatest place to work in the UK

Mars Horsecare, owner of brands such as SPILLERS® & WINERGY®, has been ranked as the 8th ‘Best Large Workplaces’ in the UK by the Great Place to Work Institute for 2018.

It’s the third year in a row that Mars UK has been named in the Great Places to Work rankings, having been awarded 10th place last year and 13th place in 2016. The ranking is based on the results of an employee survey as well as a culture audit that highlights people programmes, processes and culture.

The results indicated that Mars Horsecare Associates were particularly proud of the work undertaken in the areas of corporate social responsibility, diversity and organisational image.
