Full Sibling to Ros Canter’s ride, Lordships Graffalo, to be offered at Auction
A full sibling to the outstanding event horse Lordships Graffalo is offered for sale at the second Sovereign Auction online of sport horse foals and embryos on 28 October.
Lordships Graffalo (Grafenstoltz x Rock King) was ridden by Ros Canter to finish fourth – and best of the British team – at the recent World Championships in Pratoni, Italy, and was second at Badminton this spring on his CCI5* debut..
An implanted embryo sibling is one of the most exciting lots in the Sovereign Auction, which also offers an embryo by showjumping super-sire Chacco Blue out of a Camargue mare proven at 1.50m level, and a Comme Il Faut embryo out of Ajaccinne (Calvaro Z x Benroy), who jumped at 1.60m level with Anthony Condon, among others.
Those looking for the very best of international showjumping and eventing genes will also would do well to look at the embryo out of the full-sister to Woodstock Bennett (Shannondale Sarco St Ghyvan x Beau Royale), who was eighth at the CCI5* at Pau and who was selected to represent Australia at the 2018 World Equestrian Games
The first Sovereign Auction of foals and embryos in September was a huge success, with 100% of the lots sold bought by either CCI5* riders or owners whom have horses with riders that are currently competing at CCI5*.
