Dressage Anywhere Launch New BD Para-Equestrian Online Competition

Dressage Anywhere have announced they will launch new opportunities for para riders to compete in dressage competitions online.

The collaboration between Dressage Anywhere and British Dressage Para will help open up competitive opportunities to a wider audience, promoting inclusion for all. British Dressage Para Director Julie Frizzell is thrilled with the opportunity m, seeing it as “an outstanding step forward”.

Para-Dressage competitors will be able to enter the competition without even having to leave their own yard have.

The online competition website, is excited to offer the monthly para classes in addition to its Riding for the Disabled Association competition.

British Dressage Para Director Julie Frizzell said “Reaching out to every eligible para rider is at the core of all we do, opening up competitive opportunities such as this is an outstanding step forwar. Our most qualified para judges are amongst those working with DA so the feedback is invaluable for all – whether you are an established athlete or trying BD Para for the first time.”

List 1 British Dressage judge Nereide Goodman, one of the founders of DA commented “It is great to further fulfil our mission of making the art and fun of dressage riding accessible to all.”

The first BD Para-Equestrian competition is running the BD 2017 Grade 1 to 5 Para Bronze tests and is open to all bronze, silver and gold riders who have a national or FEI classification.
