Devoucoux Saddles Announces Support For BE80(T) In The Eastern Region
A collective of British Eventing affiliated events in the East of England have joined forces to offer BE80(T) competitors an exciting new league supported by Devoucoux Saddles.
Stratford Hills Horse Trials organiser, Gillie Cranfield, has been the driving force behind the new initiative:
“Stratford Hills are delighted to be part of this league which we are pleased is supporting the foundations of the sport. We look forward to welcoming a large number of competitors to Stratford Hills in June.”
The Devoucoux BE80(T) Eastern League aims to support grassroots riders with enhanced prizes at those host events, whilst offering an overall prize and ‘title’ for riders to aim for. Luxury Devoucoux branded prizes will be awarded to the top 5 in each BE80(T) section, with £500 worth of Devoucoux vouchers being awarded to the overall winner.
Devoucoux UK Manager, Pippie Polson commented:
“We’re really pleased to be supporting the new BE80 Eastern Region League. Working with those just starting their eventing journey is as important to us as those competing on the world stage. Devoucoux are looking forward to attending the regional events to support those competing and meeting clients, old and new.”
The league will take place from May to August, with the grand prize being awarded at Keysoe, 24th – 26th August, where Devoucoux hold the title sponsorship.

Local BE80 competitor Rachel Casbon added:
“What a totally amazing opportunity for BE80 riders in the East with some super prizes for us amateur eventers starting out in eventing, or happy at the lower levels. Some of us aren’t brave enough to go up to Novice eventing where the majority of prize funds are.”
The running leader board will be hosted on Stratford Hills Horse Trials website and updated after each event to enable riders to track their progress.
