Design a Jump Competition Gives New Focus During Lockdown
Equestrian News :: Everything Horse
The team behind Jump 4 Joy have launched an exciting design a jump competition to give horse riders a new focus during lockdown. The prize? A replica of the designed piece!
With equestrian activities abandoned during the lockdown period, Jump 4 Joy has given budding artists the chance to divert their energies to more creative activities. It’s a chance for riders to let the imaginations run wild by designing their own jump – either a show jump or a rustic cross-country fence.
The competition is being run on Jump 4 Joy’s social media channels on Facebook and Instagram @jump4joyshowjumps. So far the competition has attracted plenty of creative entries from around the country since the launch of the competition.
Renowned for their expertise in designing colourful, creative jumps from Bertie Bassett to giraffes, beer barrels to Polo mint jumps, Jump 4 Joy MD Nigel Underwood commented;
We have had a fantastic reaction from our customers and social media followers. I think everyone is glad of an opportunity to do something creative in this difficult period we are all in. We are pleased to be able to provide a diversion away from it and are looking forward to picking a winner from the exciting new jump designs we receive.”
The competition closes on 4th May. Further details can be found at www.showjumps.com
