David Ashby Underwriting has announced the renewal of the sponsorship agreement with jockey Rossa Ryan for the 2024 flat racing season. The partnership, now entering its second year, continues to showcase the mutual commitment to excellence in the world of horse racing.  

David Ashby Underwriting is a leading insurance specialist in bloodstock and High-Value Sport Horse insurance. They have a wide network of contacts and leading veterinarians all over the world which allows them to give clients access to the best experts in their field. 

To date, Rossa has had a total of 557 career wins and counting with two Royal Ascot wins in 2023, including a 150-1 win in the Group 2 Norfolk Stakes where he rode Adrian Murray trained horse Valiant Force to victory.

His 202 wins in 2023 alone also include his first Group 1 victory. Held at the Pertemps Network July Cup Stakes in Newmarket on Julie Camacho trained horse Shaquille – a significant achievement in his career so far.
