Equisafety, leader of hi-visibility clothing, last month announced the launch of their new and exclusive range of equestrian apparel, the Carl Hester Collection. Here we review the gilet, one of the three new items from the riding and country clothing range.
First Impressions Count …
On the first impression, expect to be wowed! Without a doubt, the quality and style of the range represent the man behind the collection, Carl Hester.
The gilet forms part of the new and exclusive three-piece collection for SS19, designed for men and women, in and out of the saddle.
Our thoughts
The gilet is lightweight and feels soft and luxurious to the touch. The bright green design against the black material and reflective piping* is a perfect mix for style, comfort, and visibility.
The Carl Hester Collection branding is apparent throughout. The feature emblem is positioned on the outer breast of the jacket, with a large printed logo on the inner Jacquard lining. Carl Hester engraved pocket and zip pulls, with an inner chain attached under the collar finish the exquisite look.
The tailored chevron fit flatters the wearer’s shape, with a two way zip allowing for adjustability, perfect for riding, layering up and when exercising.
Super synthetic filling
The synthetic down filling (made from 75% recycled materials) has been designed to prevent water absorption. Should the gilet get wet, it won’t affect the usability, shape or breathability.
The filling provides plenty of warmth, making the item a fabulous addition to any autumn/winter wardrobe. However, with excellent breathability, the gilet proves versatile; allowing for wear all year round.
