British Eventing has unveiled a new partnership with leading outdoor brand YETI, set to bring fresh energy to the much-loved YETI Bun Run – an initiative dedicated to supporting and recognising the volunteers who are the backbone of eventing across the UK.
The Bun Run, a staple at British Eventing competitions, delivers vital refreshments and morale boosts to fence judges and volunteers, ensuring they remain energised throughout long, challenging days. Run by volunteers, for volunteers, the Bun Run is a symbol of camaraderie and community spirit within the sport.
This year, YETI’s involvement will see the Bun Run rolled out at 10 key British Eventing competitions, enhancing the experience for volunteers and reinforcing the eventing community’s values of resilience and teamwork. The partnership is a natural fit: eventing’s demanding conditions require robust, adventure-ready equipment—qualities that define the YETI brand.
“Our volunteers are the backbone of British Eventing, and the Bun Run has always been a powerful symbol of how our community looks after one another,” said Rosie Williams, British Eventing CEO. “Partnering with YETI allows us to elevate this much-loved initiative while celebrating the spirit of our sport – resilience, teamwork and a shared love of the outdoors.”
YETI will provide product support at each event, including a BE-branded YETI Tundra® 65 cooler to transport food and drinks to volunteers on the cross-country course. Additionally, one volunteer at every event will receive a special YETI prize package, recognising their dedication.

- Larkhill (Wiltshire) – 10th-12th April
- Belsay International (Northumberland) – 15th-17th May
- Solihull (Birmingham) – 30th-31st May
- Mendip Plains Ston Easton (Somerset) – 6th-7th June
- Howick (Wales) – 4th-5th July
- Hartpury International (Gloucester) – 13th-16th August
- Frickley International (South Yorkshire) – 20th-23rd August
- Scone Palace International (Scotland) – 27th-30th August
- Tetworth (Cambridge) – 24th-25th October
