A formidable line-up of riders head to Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final

The world’s best showjumping athletes will meet in Riyadh from 16 to 20 April 2024 for the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final, and what a thrilling, star-studded competition it is set to be.

In a competition boasting the largest prize fund in its history, 2.6 million Euros, 17 Western European League athletes and seven North American League athletes will form part of those vying for the honours.

Champions from Great Britain, including Ben Maher (GBR) and Scott Brash (GBR), will meet defending champion Peder Fredricson (SWE), who, collectively, form part of the 35 Athletes and 42 Horses from 19 Countries.

Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) will bring his top horse, King Edward, along with Iliana. He will face formidable competition from athletes with outstanding horses, including Marcus Ehning (GER), Christian Ahlmann (GER), Martin Fuchs (SUI), and Max Kühner (AUT).

The battle between top athletes will continue as Julien Epaillard (FRA) and Kent Farrington (USA), both known for their incredible speed. Young talents like Jeanne Sadran (FRA) and Skylar Wireman (USA) will show their skills in this final.

Rest of the world

From the land of the rising sun, Japan, Shinichiro Sugiyama will compete with the aptly named horse Rising Sun. From the Eurasian League Nurjan Tuyakbaev (UZB) will join the lineup. Kristaps Neretnieks (LAT), Sara Vingralkova (CZE) and Angelos Touloupis (GRE) will come from Central Europe.
