Paul Tapner Takes a Tumble
Australian rider, Paul Tapner, endured a rather terrifying rotational fall on cross country day at the 2017 Badminton Horse Trials.
Captured here by equestrian photographer, Mike Bain, Tapner and his horse, Bonza King of Rouges, stopped not only themselves but crowds of spectators during Saturday’s cross country.
Miraculously, both horse and rider walked away without injury.
