Grooms Honoured With Chance to Win a Car at the 2018 Liverpool International Horse Show
Top International Horse Show to Honour Grooms Commitment alongside title sponsors, TheraPlate.
Two new awards are to be presented during this year’s Theraplate UK Liverpool International Horse Show. Taking place between December 28 to 31, one lucky winner will get to drive away in a sporty new car to enjoy for 12 months!
Both awards, The Golden Groom Award and the Peak Performance Award, are supported by Theraplate UK, the show’s headline sponsor.
The winner of The Golden Groom Award will receive a fantastic Toyota Aygo car while the winning rider, owner or trainer will win the use of a TheraPlate for six months.
As the leading therapeutic performance platform used for equine sports conditioning and injury rehabilitation, TheraPlate UK truly understands how important a groom’s role is in maintaining the equestrian athlete.
Not only will the horse’s need to be turned out in tip top condition, grooms will have been expected to have trotted the horse on down to officially try out a TheraPlate, which will be available at the Liverpool International Horse Show.

The Peak Performance Award will be presented to the rider, owner or trainer of the horse from the Golden Groom Award. This horse will have been judged on condition and overall wellbeing. For this award, the winner will receive a trophy and the use of a TheraPlate for six months.
Following a successful career in horse racing spanning over 25 years, ex jockey Dominic Fox is committed to giving back to equestrian sport.

The presentation to the lucky winner of the Theraplate UK Golden Groom Award and Peak Performance Award will be made after the presentation of the Grand Prix competition on New Year’s Eve.
