Organisers of the Polish Eventing Championships, the LOTTO Baborówko Horse Sale Show (LBHSS), have announced entries are now open for the 2020 event. The year’s event includes three international classes: CCI4*-S, CCI3-S and CCI2*-S and three national ones: CNC1*, CNC 100 and CNC 90 – entries for national competitions are available for foreign riders here. The deadline for entries is the 7th of September 2020.
The 2020 event will take place between 27th -29th September at the freshly-modernised hippodrome of Baborówko Equestrian Centre. The new infrastructure includes two arenas with quartz sand footing and irrigation systems: a big arena of 7,000 square metres and a smaller one, measuring 2100 sq metres. The riders will also face a new, impressive water fence in the place of the old grass arena.
LBHSS will be played out in the classic format: dressage on Friday, cross-country on Saturday and jumping and prizegiving ceremonies on Sunday.
The pinnacle is the LBSHH horse auction, which is returning for its fifth consecutive year in 2020. Held on Saturday 26th September, the horse presentation will take place at 16:00 before the auction itself being held at 20:00.
