Jonty Evans moved to high dependency unit

It was announced yesterday that event rider, Jonty Evans, has been moved from intensive care at Beaumont Hospital to a high dependency ward at Connolly Hospital, West Dublin.

His condition remains serious but stable, having not yet regained consciousness.

The North Wales raised rider fell from his horse, Cooley Rorkes Drift, sustaining a serious head injury a little over two weeks ago during the CIC 3 star Tattersall International Horse Trials, in Ireland.

Well wishes from fans, are pouring into the riders Facebook page; some sending well wishes hoping for a speedy recovery, other asking for positive vibes to be sent the rider’s and his families way.
