Chasing The Dream, part 1 is now available to watch for free
Global Champions is granting viewers a backstage pass into the world of show jumping in a first-of-its kind docuseries following some of the top under-25 riders in the world.
Unveiling a previously unseen side of the sport at the highest level, where relationships, behind-the-scenes drama, thrills, and spills are often inaccessible to the general public, Chasing The Dream is a five-part series through the lens of the next generation show jumping riders.
Performing on the world stage alongside the best in the business and childhood idols in the GCL series brings added pressure, particularly when under the lens of crowds that can exceed 30,000. The series starring Harry Charles, Michael Pender, Jack Whitaker, Sanne Thijssen, Gilles Thomas, Mike Kawai and Lily Attwood launched on Saturday 10th December with Episode 1 – STARS ON THE RISE.
In Global Champions’ take on F1’s ‘Drive to Survive’ series, Episode 1, STARS ON THE RISE, sees a nerve-wracking hospital visit by Jack Whitaker, heartbreak with never seen before faults from Sanne Thijssen and Con Quidam RB and the start of a season of a lifetime by a subsequent 2022 two-time LGCT Grand Prix winning Micheal Pender, where all truly is unveiled.
Vying to achieve their dreams, viewers will be taken on a captivating journey with the young riders as they’re introduced to the main characters and the initial stages of the 2022 GCL circuit in Doha, Mexico, Miami and Madrid in Episode 1 of Chasing the Dream.
