Guest speaker for the evening included international show jumper Jay Halim, who as a client and ambassador for their new equestrian division. Halim talked to the crowd about the unique way in which the health club work with their clients.

Très Health already caters for athletes across the sports spectrum, but are now reaching out for horse riders with a range of services targeted at keeping them fit and healthy in the saddle. From physiotherapy to physical, nutrition and even confidence coaching, the centre offers a range of services for the professional and leisure rider.  Their growing base of equestrian clients across the UK includes many ‘desk bound’ riders, who for the most part of the week are unable to ride. Recognizing this difference in their developmental support from those riders who are able to ride more regularly is key when it comes to assessing and treating clients.
