Travelling to Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials Made Easy
Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials is launching a new
initiative to make it easier for people to attend Britain’s most prestigious three-star horse trials (8-11 September).
Coaches will be departing from three equestrian venues – Bicton Arena in Devon, Somerford Park in Cheshire and Keysoe in Bedfordshire – on the morning of Saturday, 10 September and returning that evening.
Saturday at Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials features all three phases of eventing: dressage, show jumping and cross-country.
Event Director Mandy Hervieu said: “If you haven’t managed to make it to Blenheim before, or have difficulties driving – or just fancy being able to have a drink or two over a lovely lunch – now is your opportunity. We hope this will encourage people from further afield to come and experience one of the equestrian world’s best days out.”
An adult ticket, which includes general admission to the event, costs £35 to come from Keysoe; £40 from Somerford Park and £45 from Bicton Arena. Children aged 12 and under cost £10.
