A horse being offered what appears to be cannabis has been captured in a sickening video. The field kept horse is viewed reaching through the bars of what appears to be fencing or a gate, sniffing a rolled up cigarette believed to have been filled with cannabis. The short video shot by yobs on an estate close to Prenton, Wirral, goes on to show the horse being offered the cigarette on two occasions, however it is unclear as to whether the horse ingested it or not.
