Before Boekelo, Britain were trailing by ten points, making the final phase a nail-biting watch. The team who headed out to Boekolo consisted of Alexander Bragg with Sarah Hughes’ Shannondale Percy, Laura Collett and her ride London 52, Pippa Funnell and S.H.E Eventing AB’s Maybach, and Izzy Taylor with Direct Cassino, owned by Jocelyn Riley and herself.

Overwhelmed by London 52’s performance in his first CCI***, Laura Collett gushed on social media;

I really am the luckiest girl in the world. London 52 jumped the most awesome clear SJ to finish in his first CCI*** at Boekelo. He is pure class and one VERY special horse for the future.”
