The expertise of the Foster family within the sports shoes industry lends itself well to the new series. David Foster who is now CEO of GRUBS, has been filmed alongside representatives from Reebok International including Jessica Slater. The filming took place at the Bolton Harriers training ground, with some of the athletes also braving the cold to make the day a great success.

There have been generations of successful shoe makers in the Foster family, starting with Joseph Foster in 1776, all the way through to the present day which now sees GRUBS boots as a popular choice in the outdoor pursuits and leisure sector. The Foster family tree and the shoe production methods will form an integral part of the television series.
